Description
A variety of different constructions and sizes of microdialysis probes are available for various organs and biological species. Similarly, the length, the molecular weight cut-off, and the type of membrane should be optimized according to the physio-chemical characteristics of recovered molecules.
Besides the five standard types and lengths of microdialysis probes, CMA/Microdialysis also offers custom-made probes of specific materials and in various geometries.
Some typical examples are: A non-metallic CMA 11 Microdialysis Probe for combined microdialysis and NMR studies or a CMA 12 Microdialysis Probe with a shorter or longer shaft length.
